Dr. Albrecht Läufer

Vita Dr. Albrecht Läufer
Dr. Läufer has over 30 years of international management experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry in management positions.
He is the owner and managing director of Corvay GmbH and Corvay Specialty Chemicals GmbH.
He has been a partner and managing director at BluCon Biotech GmbH, Cologne, since 2017.
In 2002, he co-founded Vakzine Projekt Management (VPM), which he built up and managed as managing partner from 2003 to 2008.
At Solvay Pharmaceuticals he was Regional Director for Asia, Canada, Australia, Turkey, the Middle East and South Africa from 1997 – 2003. As Managing Director of Solvay Enzymes from 1993 to 1997, he was responsible for the global detergent enzymes business and the entire enzymes business in Europe.
Dr. Läufer studied biochemistry in Tübingen and chemistry in Basel. He holds a doctorate in physical chemistry from the University of Braunschweig.

He studied chemistry in Germany and Australia and obtained his doctorate in organic chemistry in Cologne. David Müller holds a project management certificate from the International Project Management Association (IPMA Level D).
Dr. Martin Roos

Expert in technology assessment, process optimization, operational excellence, project management, monomer and polymer processes.
Vita Martin Roos
Dr. Martin Roos has been working internationally for Evonik for more than 25 years. One focus is process optimization, especially in monomer and polymer plants. Other activities include process development, competitor monitoring, due diligence, strategic raw material purchasing and investment projects.
He studied mechanical and process engineering at the University of Kaiserslautern, where he completed his doctorate at the Chair of Thermal Process Engineering. He also completed the start-up training program of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate.

Vita Dr. Birgit Barden-Läufer
Dr. Birgit Barden-Läufer has more than 20 years of experience in international cooperation, management and organization. She is a trained systemic management consultant.
She studied linguistics and psychology at the University of Konstanz, earned her doctorate in sociolinguistics at the University of Hamburg and taught for four years at the Universitas Negri Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

Thomas Overbeck has more than 25 years of professional experience in the areas of administration, accounting and taxes. He has been supporting Corvay in these areas since fall 2019.
He studied business administration in Göttingen and then successfully passed the tax consultant and auditor exams.

Vita Bruno Rudnik
Bruno Rudnik has 15 years of experience in advising European, American and Asian corporations, SMEs and start-ups on their internationalization strategies and investment projects in global growth markets.
His industry focus is on environmental technologies such as bio-based chemicals/materials, waste and circular economy, energy efficiency and air/water/soil treatment. His activities focus on projects in emerging Asian markets.
Bruno Rudnik headed the global “Chemical Industry Practice” for a leading German consulting firm in Munich and Shanghai. Since 2011, he has been Managing Director of SusTech Consult in Munich and supports innovative environmental technology companies with market entry, technology scaling and financing in Asia, e.g. in China and India.
Bruno Rudnik is also the expert spokesperson for environmental technologies at the German-Chinese Business Association (DCW), the leading network for the promotion of economic relations between Germany and China. For the DCW, he comments and moderates current topics on the challenges and opportunities of German-Chinese cooperation in the field of environmental technologies.
Bruno Rudnik studied business administration in Germany, Sweden and China and holds a degree in business administration from the University of Passau.
